I am Dave, and I've been programming computers since I started with a BASIC interpreter when I was 9.

Now, I am a serial entrepreneur and have served as CTO, VPE, senior architect. I've developed hundreds of custom solutions for clients over the past two and a half decades, in as many different industries as I have fingers and toes. Before I was a professional developer, I worked in IT network administration in the local government and public safety sectors.

This is my blog, and I hope you can find something useful in it. It won't be all about programming, or all about computers, but there will be a lot of that. I also just want to write.
